Processing time

Each item clearly states the processing time. Please be aware that there are 3 different types of items:

1. In stock: the item is ready and will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
2. Preorder: the item hasn't been made yet, it states whenever it will be released and dispatched.
3. Made to order: the item will be made after purchase. Allow one to three weeks for dispatch, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping method
All items made by Wolbeestjes are shipped with PostNL. All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

For European countries, shipping typically takes 2-9 business days from the date of shipment.

For international orders outside of the EU, please allow 9-20 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Shipping will be free once the order exceeds €150.

 

Customs and Duties:

Please note that shipping costs do not include customs and duty fees, which are defined by the country of importation. Wolbeestjes is not responsible or fees associated with importation. All fees, duty or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient. 
While some countries may not charge import taxes, others have a lower tax threshold. Please check with your local post or customs office for the fees that you may incur.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@wolbeestjes.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
